Construction & Facilities Management
The Construction Management Program, has won over a dozen competitions in the last 8 years in projects ranging from home building to planning multi-million dollar medical centers. Construction management students participate in many local and international service projects using their unique ability to pair advanced technical skills with the ability to effectively lead large projects. In addition, nearly all students find themselves in a close-knit team working with individual professors while working through their undergraduate degrees. Students will often be hired by large construction management companies throughout the nation.
The Facilities & Property Management Program, led by founder Jeff Campbell, has helped to fill a large demand for qualified managers to run some of the largest business, medical, government, and university campuses in the world. Though the program is relatively new, it has quickly risen to the top of the international ranks to become arguably the best facilities & property management program in the world. Recently the FPM program has helped lead the charge to create sustainable buildings and communities. In addition, a number of FPM students have been able to intern as facility managers at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C.
